The Human Resources Manager supports team operations by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee development efforts within the State Farm independent contractor agent’s office. This role ensures a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes.
  • Support staff training and performance tracking.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to office culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Prior HR, office management, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices or related coursework.
  • Must be able to obtain required insurance licenses if applicable.

Compensation $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
